This 1100-car parkade was successfully bid as an unsolicited alternate to a cast-in-place design.

This was the first parkade in Canada to incorporate Con-Force's innovative 12 foot wide pretopped tees, the vertical Vista Walls and pocketed spandrels. The twelve foot pretopped tees reduced the construction time and the number of floor joints. The vertical Vista Walls provided an open and safe interior for users of the parkade. This parkade was built in 1991 and every owner since has insisted on exploring the benefits of Vista Walls.
