To meet the growing demand for parking spaces, and at the same time providing for expanding teaching facilities, UBC converted an at grade parking lot into a 1225 stall parkade.

The parkade is constructed of durable precast prestressed concrete columns, beams, double tees and spandrel beams. The ramping system incorporates "cranked" double tees.

This Con-Force parkade system was able to substantially reduce the onsite construction time. Simultaneous with the foundation and site preparation work, the precast components were being produced in our plant.
